Synopsis

Vishnu revealed to Shiva that should King Naresh fail to perform Parvati’s Kanyadan, the very earth would become barren and desolate. In response, Shiva disguised himself and appeared before Menavati and Naresh, seeking to test their virtue. Simultaneously, Shukracharya convinced Tarakasura to permit his sons to offer worship to Shiva.
