Synopsis

Refusing to yield to the Earth's power and thus prevent the destruction of Sati’s remains, Tarakasura threatened to obliterate the planet itself. With his efforts thwarted, Shukracharya implored the Earth to deliver Sati’s body to Lord Shiva. Overjoyed at the sight of Sati before him, he found himself overwhelmed by emotion. Yet, Tarakasura's assault on the Earth appeared relentless, an unstoppable tide of destruction.
