Synopsis

With the assistance of Lord Vishnu, Parvati fashioned a Shivaling. Lord Shiva then challenged her, asserting her inability to conduct the ritualistic worship. Narad, the celestial sage, advised Parvati to undertake a pilgrimage to Manasarovar.
