Synopsis

Consumed in deep meditation, Mahadev unleashed the fiery power of his third eye upon Kamdev, who had dared to disturb his tranquility. The death of the love god deeply grieved Devi Rati. Lord Vishnu, witnessing the sorrow, pleaded with Mahadev to accept the burgeoning affection of Parvati, but the Lord of the Himalayas remained resolute in his refusal.
