Synopsis

Mahadev recounted to Lakulesh the events of Daksh's past. Lord Vishnu then illuminated both Daksh and Angira regarding Mahadev's withdrawal from worldly affairs. Impressed by Daksh’s wisdom, Lord Brahma desired to make him the Prajapati. During the yagya, Daksh demonstrated his strength and sought blessings from Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu. Following the counsel of Lord Vishnu, Daksh offered worship to the shivlings and prayed to Mahadev for the power to fulfill the duties of the Prajapati.
