Synopsis

Lord Shiva commanded Ganesha to grant entry to the Asuras within the realm of the gods, but Ganesha refused, stating he was acting under the direction of his mother, Parvati. Enraged, Shiva threatened his son. Brihaspati advised Kartikeya and Nandi to summon Parvati, wondering if she would intervene on Ganesha's behalf.
