Synopsis

Sevakram, Jata's attendant, recounts to Sati the tale of Jata’s devotion to a princess who ultimately proved false. In return, Sati shares with Sevakram her own affinity for Mahadev. A sage advises Daksha to arrange Sati’s marriage without delay. Daksha then seeks Jata’s counsel to secure Sati's well-being.
