Synopsis

Upon reaching Jata's dwelling, Daksh must first contend with the servant who has sworn to demean the proud Prajapati. Within the palace, Sati is so consumed by the warring emotions of Mahadev's rejection and filial duty that she fails to notice her garments catching flame during the ritual.
