Synopsis

News of Sati’s fervent devotion to Lord Vishnu fills Daksh with joy. Sati resolves to immerse the Shivling. Meanwhile, Tarakasur, puffed up with pride in his own might, learns from Narad that Lord Shiva is preparing to emerge from his secluded existence. Consumed by malice, he vows to thwart the impending marriage of Shiva and Sati, determined to slay her.
