Synopsis

"Because you disregarded my counsel," Mahadev said to Parvati, "the very forces of our being have manifested as Andhaka, a child of blindness." He spoke with deep concern, troubled by the existence of this being. Hiranyaksha, unaware of the dreadful destiny that awaited him, took the child as his own, oblivious to the fact that Andhaka would bring about the demise of one of his sons.
