Synopsis

Simultaneously, in Kashi and Kailash, Durgasur assailed Mahadev. In response, Parvati assumed the form of the Goddess Durga and vanquished him. Ravana, witnessing this defeat, razed his own palace and vowed to inflict suffering upon humankind. Meanwhile, Mahadev and Parvati discoursed with Ganesha and Kartikay regarding their respective duties.
