Synopsis

A veil of forgetfulness descended upon Parvati, erasing all recollection of Mahadev, and she vanished from sight. Mahadev returned to Kailash in solitude. He gathered the assembled deities and conveyed the news: Parvati had lost her memory. Narad Muni then related the event to Naresh and Menavati, cautioning them to avoid any mention of it to Parvati.
