Synopsis

Amidst the assembled guests, Nahush and Ashok Sundari offer each other garlands. Mahadev then inquires of Nahush whether he might safeguard his daughter with the same devotion that Vishnu bestows upon Lakshmi. Nahush concludes the ceremony by applying a mark of vermilion to Ashok Sundari’s forehead.
