Synopsis

Lord Shiva bestowed a blessing upon the sage Vashishtha, granting him the opportunity to serve as the guru of Lord Vishnu. Vashishtha then counselled Kartikeya and Ganesha to journey north in search of an auspicious dwelling. Meanwhile, Ashok Sundari implored Parvati to employ her divine power to make Nahusha worthy of marriage.
