Synopsis

Parvati instructed Mahadev to remain outside Kailash, a precaution against the intrusion of Shanidev. To shield the mountain from Shanidev's malevolent gaze, she conjured a likeness of Kailash itself. Elsewhere, Ganesha and Kartikay encountered Nahush at the hermitage of Rishi Vashishtha.
