Synopsis

Lord Shiva gently convinced his family to partake of a meal even as the rain fell. Parvati suggested they begin constructing a home for their future children, but Shiva declined. She refused gifts from Menavati, lamenting the lack of a dwelling to properly store them. Elsewhere, the sage Markandeya resolved to build a palace fit for Lord Shiva.
