Synopsis

As Mahadev drew near, Daksha had his seat removed and shattered. Continuing his barrage of insults, Daksha declared Shiva’s detachment a defiance of the very foundations of his rule. Then, he unleashed a terrible curse upon Mahadev. This act provoked Shukracharya, who vowed vengeance for the affront to the Lord.
