Synopsis

Having decreed the consequences for Sati's actions, Prajapati Daksh turned his displeasure upon the sculptor who had crafted the shivaling. He remained resolute in his judgment, unmoved even as his wife, Prasuti, implored him to show mercy. Sati’s sisters, meanwhile, harbored a worried apprehension that she might be unable to meet the terms of her imposed penance.
