Synopsis

A vessel at anchor in Miami becomes the setting for a double homicide. The investigative team begins with a lengthy roster of possible suspects, but their numbers dwindle considerably when forensic investigators discover a substantial sum of money missing from the victims’ stateroom. Meanwhile, the connection between Horatio and Marisol deepens.
