Synopsis

The death of an IRS agent, occurring during a repossession attempt on a yacht belonging to a delinquent taxpayer, follows the discovery of a second IRS agent shot dead by CSI. At a time when public sentiment towards the IRS is at its lowest, Horatio finds himself racing against the clock to uncover the perpetrator of what may be a series of murders, all before the looming deadline of tax day.
