Synopsis

The routine traffic stop ended in tragedy: a police officer was killed, and now Horatio and his team must hunt down the perpetrator. The sole witness to the shooting, a civilian accompanying the officer on a ride-along, has vanished. Scattered evidence along the roadside leads the CSI unit to Missy Marshall, a teenager who was with the killer at the time of the crime.
