Synopsis

A surge of violence, born from gang conflict, erupts within the sterile confines of the emergency room, prompting Horatio and his team to hunt down those responsible. Initial clues point to a hospital orderly, who apparently identified a wounded gang member – a man suspected of killing one of the orderly’s friends – and inadvertently alerted his associates to his whereabouts.
