Synopsis

As a hurricane raged, a couple fought for control of their vehicle, and in the blinding storm, struck and killed a man. Horatio observed that the absence of impact wounds on the victim’s knees suggested he had likely struck the car, rather than the car striking him. Separately, he discovered another casualty of the storm, impaled on a fence. Yet, as CSI teams pieced together the scattered remnants of the post-storm scene, a disturbing connection began to emerge between the two incidents. Meanwhi
