Synopsis

At the height of downtown Miami’s morning rush, an unseen sniper selects three victims at random and executes them with single shots to the head. Horatio and his team arrive at the scene to find it already swarming with television news crews, eager to transform the murders into a national spectacle. The initial investigation yields little; no witnesses had observed the act, and scant evidence remains. However, the case intensifies when the sniper strikes again, claiming two more lives.
