Synopsis

The trial proceedings were marked by a series of disruptions. The mother of the accused, a man charged with murder, was observed taking photographs of the jury. Later, a defendant was held in contempt for repeatedly displaying an offensive gesture towards the judge. Adding to the tension, the judge issued a stern reprimand to a previously respected estate attorney whose reputation had been tarnished.
