Synopsis

During a virtual bond hearing, the accused shoplifter erupted in a torrent of obscenities. At the courthouse, a defendant attempted to flee arrest and was subsequently tased. Elsewhere, a man with a history of driving under the influence attributed his elevated blood alcohol level to his mother’s cooking.
