Synopsis

A year had passed since Ryan Hardy’s relentless chase of serial killer Joe Carroll, and he now resided in New York City, physically recovered and seemingly rebuilt. Yet, beneath the surface of this renewed life, his fixation on Joe deepened with each passing day. Then, on the anniversary of Joe's demise, a fresh wave of violence erupted, shocking the city and igniting a desperate search for answers.
