Synopsis

With the assistance of attorney Olivia Warren, Joe Carroll begins to build a case for his transfer to a different facility, challenging both Ryan and the FBI. However, Ryan grows suspicious that a more extensive scheme is unfolding. Separately, Emma and Joey meet at a designated location and encounter one of Roderick’s associates, a man harboring secrets of his own.
