Synopsis

Haunted by a growing stack of parking tickets, the driver transferred the van's title to a friend, hoping to evade the mounting fines. But as the tickets continued to accumulate, his friend reclaimed the vehicle. Tragically, it was soon stolen. He then filed a lawsuit to recover it.
