Synopsis

A heated argument on the road escalated into violence when a driver, fearing for his safety, accused another of intentionally shattering his car window as he sped away after a collision. The accused maintains he acted in self-defense, claiming the plaintiff had struck him with his vehicle and fractured his hand. Video recordings of the incident have been submitted by both sides.
