Synopsis

For years, Xiao Zhiyu has conducted a clandestine investigation into the Xincheng Stadium collapse of two decades past. Chen Junhao, the steel supplier implicated in the tragedy, is long deceased. Consequently, Xiao Zhiyu resolves to examine those who maintained connections with Chen Junhao.
