Synopsis

Detective Jane Washburn, working undercover, observes three young men assault and rob Kimble. She tends to his injuries, but a growing unease settles within her when he refuses to report the crime. Driven by suspicion, she handcuffs herself to Kimble, intending to take him into custody. Yet, he manages to escape, pulling her along with him.
