Synopsis

Barbara Webb, a reporter, noticed Fred Johnson, the man missing an arm, during a police sweep for individuals of interest connected to a murder. The Kimble case surfaced in her mind as she spoke with her publisher, Herb Malone. Webb photographed Johnson and ran the image in the local newspaper.
