Synopsis

Kimble, working odd jobs as a handyman in the largely Hispanic fishing village of Puerto Viejo, begins to notice a disturbing pattern: a plague is sweeping through the community. He is compelled to contact the state health inspector, securing a quarantine for the entire area. However, he soon discovers himself confined when the local doctor suspects his true nature, and the villagers, now inflamed with anger, begin a determined search for him.
