Synopsis

Herbie Grant, a petty criminal of little consequence, sustained a gunshot wound to the leg during an attempted robbery of the liquor store where Kimble works. Subsequently, Herbie took Kimble hostage, asserting his innocence in two other liquor store robberies committed in different towns. Kimble agreed to assist in clearing Herbie's name, and the fugitive released him.
