Synopsis

At the start of the program, Tulio is alarmed to see some Japanese people exploring the canal and assumes they are intrusive tourists. Together with Juanin, Tulio plots to trap them in a net. Then, Mr. Manguera arrives and reveals that these Japanese individuals are, in fact, the new owners of the canal.
