Synopsis

With Christmas approaching, Liz finds herself unexpectedly alone. Her parents have departed for a couples' retreat, leaving her to spend the holidays by herself. Seeking a purpose, she volunteers with a charity program called "Letters to Santa." Elsewhere, Jack channels his disappointment at a ruined holiday into frustration with his colleagues.
