Synopsis

Don’s decision to name Jack as his successor, over Devon, prompts Jack to offer his former position to Liz, a steadfast supporter. However, unforeseen health issues for Don threaten to derail Jack's advancement. Separately, Tracy interprets her son’s absence from the Father's Day celebration at school as a sign of embarrassment regarding his chosen profession.
