Synopsis

Jurre’s journey through Japan deepened as he embraced its diverse subcultures. In Tokyo, the capital, he observed the meticulous attention to detail at the Lost & Found Centre and later immersed himself in the vibrant energy of a hyper-pop festival. Venturing into Harajuku, he encountered the Strangers – enthusiasts of rock and roll who gather each Sunday morning to dance with unrestrained joy. From Tokyo, Jurre continued his travels, eventually meeting Japan’s pioneering female sumo wrestlers.
