Synopsis

Nienke travels by train from Utrecht to a point far above the Arctic Circle in Norway. A stopover in Oslo introduces her to *friluftsliv*, the outdoor life so cherished by Norwegians. She immerses herself in the city's sauna culture and learns of *dødsen*, an extreme sport. From Oslo, she continues her train journey north to the Norwegian town of Bodø.
