Synopsis

Nienke’s journey across England and Wales continues. Departing from Pembrokeshire in the southwest, she will follow the south coast, gathering seaweed – the essential ingredient for laverbread, a quintessential Welsh dish. Afterward, she visits a surf school designed specifically for individuals with physical or mental disabilities. Her travels culminate in Cardiff, the capital, where she finds herself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the Pride Parade.
