Synopsis

After a fourteen-month stay in rehabilitation, Tammy returns home to face an agonizing choice. Amy, weary of a lack of support, feels her marriage beginning to fray at the edges. Meanwhile, Amanda and Misty share the news that they are scheduled for bariatric surgery.
