Synopsis

After seventeen years in his quiet neighborhood, Brian Dahl is contemplating a move to downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. The appeal lies in the prospect of walking to work from a vibrant, centrally located area; however, he remains uncertain whether his budget will permit such a lifestyle.
