Synopsis

Briana Lacey resides with her parents and brother in Toronto, making the most of limited space within their compact home. Though hesitant to leave, she has resolved to buy a place of her own. The primary challenge lies in discovering a condo with adequate room in Toronto’s vibrant West End, a difficulty compounded by the fact that most units within her budget are studio apartments.
