Synopsis

Linda and Malcolm House, residents of the quaint English seaside town of Maldon, have decided to make the Dominican Republic their permanent vacation home. They seek a property within easy walking distance of the ocean, envisioning a house with three bedrooms: one for themselves and two for their children or visitors. With a budget of six hundred thousand U.S. dollars, the Houses have embarked on their search.
