Synopsis

For years, Jorge and Gaby had relished the vibrancy of city life in Escazu, Costa Rica. Yet, the arrival of their son stirred a longing for something more than their cozy, one-bedroom condominium. The thin walls offered little privacy, the sounds of neighbors a constant murmur. Now, they seek a detached house – a place where Jorge can establish a dedicated home office, where their housekeeper can have private quarters, and above all, a home truly welcoming to a child.
