Synopsis

Dan Webster and Isabelle Deguise, a young couple, reside in a compact, 1000-square-foot rental apartment with a view of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. The apartment's limited storage and shared patio with other residents have prompted them to seek a condominium in a less central location—a move intended to provide more space for their investment.
