Synopsis

Weary of Belgium’s persistent rain, Dennis Seisun relocated to San Diego, California. There, he and his wife, Verena, raised two children, embracing the sunshine and open spirit of the region. However, escalating home prices have prompted a decisive change; Dennis has persuaded his family to consider a move south of the border. Real estate agent John Anderson has agreed to assist them in finding a new home in La Paz, Mexico.
