Synopsis

Simon and Fiona, captivated by Moroccan holidays, decided to purchase a vacation home in the country. With a budget of $430,000, they seek a traditional riad – a house centered around an open courtyard with rooms branching off it. However, a difference of opinion exists between them. Simon, an architectural designer, thrives on renovation and personalization, desiring a property with solid structure but requiring work.
