Synopsis

Dan and his fiancée, Casey, cherish their life in downtown Jonesboro, Arkansas. Yet, they dream of purchasing a second home abroad. Their choice falls to St. Maarten, a Caribbean island that has long been a favorite vacation destination. With a budget of seven hundred thousand dollars, they seek a property suitable for a family, ideally located on the beach or with a clear view of the water. As their agent, Arun Jagtiani is aware, beachfront properties consistently exceed their financial means.
